Radical Honesty - The critical (usually missing) components
Recorded at the
2nd Global festival
Arnina Kashtan
Sunday, 18 October 2020
From a very young age, most of us learn to hide our truth (especially when it’s not popular), to be polite (when inside we are burning) or lie, and, of course, to express our needs and beliefs as harsh judgements, punishments or demands, justifying them as being based on the right social values.
In this workshop we will look at those 2 kinds of communications, realize the prices we pay for them, and learn how to overcome their grip, with tons of courage, curiosity and compassion.
Why don’t we speak our Truth?
How did we internalize judgements as a way of being?
What is the deep transformation we can do with our judgements, to move us towards a radical new presence?
What are the 3 intentions of The Compass, that can help us shift into showing up courageously?
Participants will taste the unprecedented rewards of choosing to speak with courage, vulnerability and compassion, in all relationships.
Practical learning: Transforming judgements into needs (The Compass version); The 5 Awakening Questions of The Compass and their transformational healing power; A self-empathy mantra.
